A New Gluten Free Diet Plan!
Updated April 2013: I’ve recently stumbled on a very new and exciting Gluten Free Diet plan for people searching for a way to make the most out of a gluten free eating while losing significant weight. The gluten free diet plan is called the Diet Solution Program, and it seems to be helping thousands of people lose weight quickly and establish a healthy mainly gluten free lifestyle.
This is not an overt gluten free program but instead uses common sense eating principles and alot of those parallel a gluten free diet plan. Some of the key benefits we found from many people who have used this program include:
The Diet Solution Program Review was created by Isabel De Los Rios, fitness trainer and author of The Diet Solution. Her accomplishments and credentials are actually quite significant and relevant:
We did some more research and found that her Facebook fan page has a significant amount of fans and happy customers. See below: That’s over 24,000 likes! Quite significant, as I don’t tend to like a lot of Facebook, and when I do, I usually feel both positive and strong about the product or person. Isabel De Los Rios appears to have created an ideal gluten free diet plan that is helping many people lose weight and achieve that “healthy” feeling. Unlike majority of fad diets, the Diet Solution Program that teaches you how to eat, and NOT how to starve yourself. She also offers gluten free recipes both on her website and through her social media like Facebook. Here’s just a few examples of the foods you can eat while on the Diet Solution Program: Wait, battered chicken? Brownies? It sounds like crazy talk, but you can eat all of these foods while on the Diet Solution Program and still lose weight while remaining gluten free. There are a number of similarities between a gluten free diet plan and Isabel’s Diet Solution Program. Here are just a few:
Upon further comparison of Isabel’s De Los Rios’ program to a true gluten free diet, the system seems to be working very well for quite a few people, else how would it have gotten such a strong Facebook community? On top of that, there are literally tons of positive (and admittedly a few negative) reviews I found on other well-known health blogs about the Diet Solution. Here’s an example of one of the health blogs, Natural Health Sherpa, and their review of the Diet Solution. Natural Health Sherpa rates and reviews natural health therapies and remedies, and they just so happened to do a post on the Diet Solution! The author of this blog post gave the Diet Solution Plan Review 4 out of 5 stars: Below is another example of a positive post from the Diet Solution Review, and the blog’s author ‘Lisa’ lost close to 50 pounds in 7 months! Lisa attributes the success of her diet to the Diet Solution Plan and its Gluten Free components. Although close to 85% of the comments we found were generally positive, there were (admittedly) some negative comments. An example of a dissatisfied customer shown below: As you can see, this one customer was looking for a more traditional approach to the program–a hardback book of some sort, maybe even a supportive DVD to go with it. The Diet Solution Program is offered as a series of e-books, a website membership, and Facebook support for members. I personally loved the idea of an all-electronic and no paper approach to this program–I think it offers more flexibility and options versus a traditional dieting book. For the majority of people today though, laptops, Netbooks, Kindle’s, and smart phones are our go to devices for information. In today’s tech-based world, having your e-book available wherever you are and on whatever device you own feels more liberating to me than a hindrance. That’s another reason why I was so interested in the Diet Solution to begin with, it feels like it’s moved into the 21st century, unlike many other diets. Like I said before, majority of the comments I found from people who’ve tried the Diet Solution Program really enjoyed the experience and the results they’d seen in themselves. Here’s an example of a comment from the Natural health Sherpa blog that sort of hit home for me: I’ve noticed a lot of diets these days focusing around very similar themes–the Paleo diet, the HCG diet, even Weight Watchers. All these diets are targeting something as bad, telling you to avoid said bad thing, and offering alternatives to eat instead of that bad food. Despite what program you end up choosing for your weight loss solutions, I wish you the best of luck on your journey to a better feeling you! Here’s a great interview of Isabel De Los Rios and her promotion of her book The Diet Solution as well as the program itself: Copyright 2013
